Was it all a dream?
Reva wakes up from a coma with Josh and all her family around her. Rick tells her she’s been in a coma since they rescued her from drowning in Florida. Josh takes her all over town to help her learn the different places, faces, and who people are in town.
Reva is conflicted and calls people the wrong names (calls Amanda Olivia Spencer, says Philip is really Justin Marler and Jackie’s son when he’s really Alan and his first wife Elizabeth’s son). At their house Hawk Shayne, Russell “Rusty” Shayne, and Roxanne “Roxie” Shayne are there to greet her. Hawk tells her Josh never gave up on her and thanks Josh for sticking by her stating his love brought her back. Reva has flashbacks of their relationship. She asks about Sarah, but Hawk tells her she died while Reva was in her coma. Reva cries and has memories of them growing up. Marah and Shayne show up. Reva apologizes for missing all the years of their lives.
Billy, Vanessa, Mindy, Bill, Justin, and Trish show up. Reva asks where Jonathan is. Trish asks “Mine and Justin’s son?” Reva says no she and Lujack Winslow had a son. Everyone is confused; Josh tells them while in her coma she was hearing people coming in and out of the hospital and got things mixed up. Reva says “NO! I had a son. Prince Edmund was trying to keep him away from me. And Cassie. Where’s my sister Cassie?” Josh tries calming her down, but she says Sarah Shayne met a businessman and had a daughter. Hawk gets angry telling Reva he and Sarah had their problems but Sarah never stepped out on him. She spits back “Like you did to her ya old Tomcat?” They get into an argument; Josh takes Reva to their bedroom to calm her down.
In their bedroom Reva tells Josh it seemed so real. She’s so unsure; he tells her they will figure it all out together. Reva goes to bed; Josh goes downstairs to tell everyone things are okay with Reva she’s just been in a coma for over twenty years. Hawk, Rusty, and Roxie hug Josh and the others before leaving. Hawk sneaks upstairs, kisses Reva on the forehead, and tells her things are gonna be okay.
As Hawk walks down Josh goes back up. Someone watches from outside the Lewis farmhouse and ducks deeper in the bushes as Hawk, Rusty, and Roxie leave...
