What's old is new again...
David Grant and Katherine “Kat” Speakes-Grant move back with their son Hampton “Hamp” Grant. Kat’s mother Tia Worthington comes to town with them and helps finalize the purchase of Towers. Kat tells Tia she will pay her back, but Tia tells her it’s a gift before leaving. Kat flashes back to working there as a waitress with Hampton. Tia states Kat’s father would be proud. Kat does a redesign of Towers and has a grand reopening. David puts in a transfer into Springfield PD. Frank welcomes him back. David and Kat become busy with their jobs. Hamp works as the Sous Chef at Towers.

Josh finds Reva behind the house in the woods. Alan doesn’t find Annie’s body, but sadly finds the babies’. Reva suffers guilt and keeps having nightmares about the cabin explosion over and over and killing the babies. She goes to St. Anne’s church and begs for forgiveness. Annie shows up and drags her to the Lighthouse and throws her off the balcony into the water. Reva wakes up as Josh comforts her. Reva goes outside and screams for Annie to come take her because she deserves it. The town goes to the babies’ funerals. Josh’s daughter is named Joslyn Lewis; Alan’s daughter is named Alana Spaulding. Someone with a burned face leaves the funeral. Rusty and Roxie come back to town to help Reva. Rusty gets a job as Head of Maintenance at The Regency Hotel; Roxie becomes Manager of The Beacon Hotel. Roxie refuses to live with Reva but instead gets a room at Company. She meets Matt, and they begin flirting.

Marah becomes Vanessa at work towards Zach. Coop calls her on it, and she apologizes to Zach. Marah discovers she’s pregnant, but doesn’t tell Coop at first. When she miscarries she dives into work and becomes even more fearsome. Coop finds her pregnancy test and asks her about it; Marah admits she miscarried the baby. Coop asks why she didn’t talk to him about it; she tells him she doesn’t want to focus on it. He asks if she wants to be in a relationship with him or not because he thought they were honest. Marah tells Coop she has to focus on work; Coop breaks up with her and moves out. Marah dives back into work avoiding all the things she and Coop do together.

Matt comes back to town to see how Stacy is doing. She admits she’s overwhelmed. He tells her the story of Grandma Beatrice “Bea” Reardon raising Jim, Maureen, Matt’s father Sean, Anthony, Lana, Nola, and Chelsea when Grandpa Thomas “Tom” left the family. She turned their family home into a boarding house and restaurant raising the kids in the basement apartment and having them work various jobs. She did it without hesitation because she didn’t want her kids to ever want for nothing. He asks if Stacy needs help, she says yes, he tells her he will manager Boardinghouse and she can manage Company.

Ross and Blake have another prostate scare thinking it’s returned. Ross begins telling Blake about his life. She turns his life into a book called I Ain’t Dead Yet. When it hits New York Times Bestseller list Blake quits Spaulding and does a book tour. Reva interviews her for “Real Talk.”

The uterus implant is a success; Bill’s sperm count is great. Leah asks Christina to donates more than one of her eggs to Leah; Christina agrees. Jonathan overhears and as Leah is leaving confronts her telling her he wants to be the one she’s having a baby with. Leah tells Jonathan they are never going to be together; Bill comes in and sees them talking and deduces Jonathan is the one who beat up Leah. Jonathan and Bill get into an argument; Jonathan finally says goodbye to Leah. Jonathan visits Justin and Trish to say goodbye. Christina implants the fertilized egg into Leah. In her office Christina reminds Bill and Leah this is a one and done; once she’s pregnant they must remove the uterus after Leah gives birth. At her appointment Leah has discovers she has twins; she has a tough pregnancy and is bedridden. The Lewises, Bauers, Spauldings, and Grants rally around her after she gives birth to baby Faith Lewis and Harland Billy Lewis V. Leah has a dream of life with Jonathan; she wakes up to emergency surgery to remove the uterus. Christina gets exhausted from the egg donation; Remy confronts her about it, and she admits she donated an egg without telling him. He yells at her that she should’ve told him beforehand. He worries if there are long-lasting effects. She has a small fainting spell. She’s told she will be at high risk for pregnancy should she want that in the future.

Alan goes to the reopening of Towers and meets Tia. Tia tells him he knows her estranged sister India. At the same time India Von Halkein shows up at Philip’s office. She tries seducing him when Beth shows up. Beth berates India stating she tried to break up her and Philip’s marriage once, but she and Philip have been married since 1991 and there is no signs of them divorcing. India states now that she’s in town things might change. Beth and India have a catfight as Philip and Alan-Michael break it up. Philip gets India thrown out by security. India wonders to herself how she is going to get money. She goes to Towers and sees Alan with Tia. She walks over as Alan calls India “the one who tried to ruin his son’s marriage.” She sits down as India tells Alan her greedy sister is now a widow. Alan tells both he isn’t dating right now. Tia touches his hand and gives his sympathies for the “Annie Dutton debacle.” He tells her he’s buried two wives and a girlfriend. Tia tells him to not give up on love. India orders food and puts it on Tia’s tab. Alan asks what India is doing in town. She begins to stumble till Tia answers that India actually blew through what should’ve been a lifetime trust fund set up by their dad Baron when he died. Tia rolls her eyes and tells India she can stay at the Beacon Hotel with her. India asks if maybe Tia could loan her $10 million for an investment. Tia says no, but Alan decides to loan it to her. India smiles as Alan makes a call; India fishes in her purse for the account number giving it to Alan. With the transaction complete India thanks him, kisses his cheek, then walks away and dials a number onto the balcony. “Yes I have the money. When can we meet?” In the lobby of The Regency Hotel she shakes hands with Felicia and Dinah. Felicia asks if she still wants to buy The Regency Hotel from Spaulding Enterprises for $5 million, she says yes and writes a check for $5 million to Spaulding Enterprises. Dinah takes the check and hands 2 sets of paperwork to Felicia. Felicia signs them then gives them to India. India gives it back to Dinah who notarizes them. Dinah hands India a copy and tells her she is now the proud owner of the Regency Hotel. They all stand up, shake hands, and India smiles. “And an extra $5 million.” She walks over to the front desk and takes the keys to Manager’s Office. In the office sits behind the desk and puts her feet up. She then looks at the Manager’s apartment key. She takes it and asks the front desk clerk where the Manager’s Apartment is. They take her to the apartment, and it’s a lavish apartment ground floor. The Front Desk Clerk tells her it has all the privileges of a Penthouse with 24 concierge and maid service. India smiles and falls backwards on the bed. Alan and Tia start going on dates; while India enjoys her new role as owner of the Regency Hotel and landlord of Towers but clashes with Rusty. Tia gets a room at The Beacon Hotel; when India finds out she’s livid.

At the Bauer barbecue David, Kat, and Hamp show up. Rick introduces new Pathologist Dr. Kevin Frazier, his wife new Medical Examiner Dr. Clarissa Frazier, their son renowned fashion photographer Hart Frazier, his wife pediatrician Dr. Cassandra “Cassie” Frazier, and their son Zachary “Zach” Frazier. Danny gets a call that takes him from the bbq; he meets with bosses, and they tell him with Carmen dead he is to assume the business. He looks back at Michelle and agrees.

When Rafe doesn’t have enough money to pay his bill, Hamp overhears and tells Kat he knows Rafe. Thankful Rafe and Hamp begin hanging out as friends. With Danny fed up with Pilar’s partying ways he cuts her off. He tells her she must get a job or he will also kick her out of the house. She becomes a Desk Clerk at The Beacon Hotel; at first she hates it, but she has a knack for catering to the rich and famous. Daisy has her baby with Rafe named Nathan (after Natalia) and gives her other baby to Harley and Mallet, whom they name Elijah after Mallet’s dad. His sister Julie Camaletti comes to Springfield to welcome her nephew. She lives in Seattle, WA with her husband Vinny and their kids. Daisy starts feeling strange about separating them and slowly begins creating playdates for the boys. Reva and Dylan meet their great-grandchild and grandchild respectively. Reva notices something off about Daisy and confronts her. When Daisy lies to her Reva has a conversation with Harley that Daisy is suffering from a different kind of postpartum depression. Harley goes to Rafe; Buzz, Jenna, Coop, Frank, Eleni, Marina, Mallet, Harley, Dylan, Rafe, Natalia, Josh, Reva, Marah, Shayne, and Pilar stage an intervention on Daisy. She explodes on them calling them all hypocrites one-by-one stating those are her babies. She finally breaks down knowing she needs help. Pilar, Jason, and Rafe help Daisy get to the hospital. Jason and Zach are boarding school friends, but avoid each other. Zach finally goes to Jason and tells him they need to talk about what happened at Franklin Prep. Pilar and Hamp go to a gay club; they see Zach in the line, and he freaks out. Zach tells them his family doesn’t know he’s gay.
