Trouble in Paradise...
At their shared garage apartment, Shayne is packing his things when Leah asks for an explanation. Shayne tells her he saw her kiss Bill, but she explains he kissed her and she slapped him. Shayne doesn’t believe her and leaves. Just as he’s leaving Bill comes up with flowers. The two cousins fight, and Leah gets accidentally punched. Carmen is livid over her black eye; she has Bill arrested for harassment. Vanessa & Billy bail Bill out. He’s confined to house arrest. Reva and Josh confront Shayne. He tells them he’s done with Leah. Her best friend Dinah lets Leah cry on her shoulder; Leah tells her she’s confused by Bill and Shayne. She tells her they have been friends for years before she left, they reminisce how Dinah used to babysit her but then they became best friends. Dinah says she thinks she truly believes Bill loves Leah. Leah visits Maureen and Ed; they tell her to follow her heart. She says she’ll choose Shayne. She goes to Shayne to tell him, but he doesn’t want to hear it thinking she is in love with Bill. Leah visits Bill and tells him to make it right with Shayne. Bill tells Leah he wants to marry her, and he promises to give her a certain life (marriage, kids, good home). Confused Leah is about to leave and he kisses her, but this time she doesn’t pull away. At his hearing Bill confesses on the stand he loves Leah and was projecting his hate because he was confused. Shayne says he wants nothing to do with Leah before leaving court. Leah gets on the stand and says she loves Bill. The judge drops all charges on Bill as he approaches Leah; they kiss. Reva confronts Leah as Leah tearfully tells her she never wanted to hurt Shayne. At Company Marina and Shayne keep bumping into each other. They attend their class reunion together. Leah brings Bill, AJ brings Marah, and Coop brings Lizzie (they hook up in the bathroom). Pictures of Shayne, Leah then Jude, AJ, Marina, Coop, and Lizzie as friends flood the auditorium as they were the “popular group” in high school. Memories come back of Shayne protecting Jude from bullies and making him popular. Marina & Lizzie becoming best friends. Coop, AJ, and Shayne hanging out. Bill realizes Shayne and Leah will always have a bond. At “their spot” the group gets drunk. Leah wakes up in Bill’s arms in his car, Marah wakes up in Coop’s arms in his backseat, Lizzie wakes up naked under a blanket in Shayne’s arms, and Marina wakes up in AJ’s arms on a blanket on the hood of her car. Marah and Coop have a long talk with Lizzie, who gives them her blessing to date. Lizzie knows Shayne will never love anyone but Leah; Shayne does too so he avoids Lizzie. Marina and AJ have the two worst dates and decide not to pursue each other until they bump into each other at the movies and have a great time. Lizzie finds out she’s pregnant and is unsure if Coop or Shayne is the dad; she confronts both men. Shayne tells Lizzie he will stand by her if the baby is his. Marah tells Coop they will support Lizzie. Shayne and Bill make up.

Amanda and Natalia start telling their families about their relationship. Everyone but Alan accepts the relationship who calls Amanda disgusting and an embarrassment to the family name. Amanda confronts Alan about all his affairs and how she saw him having an affair with-Blake while Alan-Michael was married to her. Embarrassed Alan apologizes, but Amanda tells him if he doesn’t apologize to Natalia she will expose his secret; someone is listening. Amanda invites Natalia to a Spaulding dinner as her date; Alan accepts the couple. Roger confronts Alan with the recording of him and Amanda talking about Alan’s affair with Blake. Alan calls his bluff as even if it were true “no one will believe a liar like you.” Alan snaps his fingers and his goons beat up Roger, break his recorder, and smash his laptop. As they leave Roger stumbles home and pulls up the file on Google Drive.

Roger begs Reva for a spot on “Real Talk;” she agrees, and he admits he was a different person then. After the show Reva slaps him for hurting Holly; security drags Roger out. Holly blasts Reva for having him on, but Reva tells him even though the statute of limitation has ended on his rape he just admitted on national TV of committing a crime. Blake confronts Roger, slaps him, and tells him she will hate him forever. Being owners of the building The Tattler is at, Trish evicts Roger, but he gets his lawyer Leo involved. Trish tells them Roger lied about committing a crime on his application, therefore he forfeits the terms of the lease. Leo tells Roger Trish is correct although Roger wasn’t formally charged he has admitted on national TV to have raped Holly. Alan stops by and tells Roger he can have his offices at Spaulding Tower, only if he sells The Tattler to Spaulding Enterprises. Roger can stay on as Editor-in-Chief. At first Roger refuses, but Alan tells him the paper will be shut down and people will lose jobs. Roger reluctantly agrees and signs over The Tattler to Spaulding Enterprises; Roger goes to Spaulding and reporters to his new boss: Alex turns around in her chair.

Kyle visits Billy, Trish, and Josh. The siblings talk as Kyle tells them he’s in town for his family. Billy tells him they want him and his family to be a part of the Lewises. Josh tells Kyle he’s happy for him and Rita. Reva shows up and hugs Kyle glad he’s okay. Rita shows up angry over the hug; Reva assures Rita there’s no lingering feelings as Josh is the love of her life. Reva and Kyle bond over their comas and wonder what life would’ve been like if they were together. Kyle finds out about Billy’s heart transplant and tries to pay someone to move him up the donor list. Christian tells Kyle he can’t buy a new heart; Kyle breaks down. Annie finally gets a donor for Billy. Vanessa thanks her, as does Josh. Hours before the surgery the donor falls through. Annie delivers the news. The Lewises rally around Billy, and Father Raymond Santos (George Alvarez) shows up; his sister-in-law Carmen joins him and tries comforting the Lewises, but Vanessa tells her to leave. Vanessa finally thanks Marah telling her she’s always noticed her dedication. She asks Marah to go to the shows for her. Marah gets VIP treatment in Vanessa’s place.

At the Bauer barbecue Beth and Phillip hear that Bradley died in jail. They along with Lillian go to identify his body. Lillian has flashbacks of their marriage. She apologizes to Beth for not leaving him sooner. They bury him and discover Bradley was Natalia’s dad. Natalia’s mom compares notes and realizes Lillian didn’t leave Bradley he terrorized her and Beth. Natalia and Beth bond at the Spaulding mansion where she meets Amanda. Instantly the attraction between the two is seen. Phillip confronts Amanda who says she isn’t gay. Natalia overhears and is ashamed. Carmen talks to Rafe and starts saying negative things about Natalia and how she caught her cheating on Mick. Rafe believes her lies and confronts Natalia. Amanda overhears them on the phone and confronts Carmen. Carmen threatens Amanda, but Amanda stands her ground. Alan finds out Carmen threatened Amanda and threatens Carmen stating he will ruin her name if she threatens his family again; Carmen apologizes to Amanda. Amanda forces Carmen to tell Rafe she created lies. At that time Rafe is moving out of Natalia’s house and into the dorms with Jason. Carmen comes to the house, and Natalia slaps her saying the damage is done. Natalia thanks Amanda for bringing Carmen. They decide to go on a date and continue going on dates.

Stacy and AJ finally get through to Nola. AJ promises to sever ties with Carmen just as Stacy meets Tony (not knowing he’s a Santos). Tony and Stacy go on dates, but when Nola sees them together forbids Stacy to see Tony. Stacy breaks up with Tony stating his family ruined hers; Tony defends his family stating AJ made his own choices. AJ jumps in to defend Stacy; a fight ensues between Tony and AJ. Stacy tells Tony it’s over for good. Tony starts hooking up with strippers; while Stacy dives into work. Marina finds out about Carmen & AJ and dumps him. Eleni helps Marina forgive AJ who tells Marina he does love her.

The Bauers rally together when Maureen gets a breast cancer diagnosis. Roger is there for Maureen a few times when Ed gets distracted. Lillian comes to Maureen and apologizes for her affair with Ed; Maureen forgives her. Lillian feels guilty for her car accident after finding the note; Maureen says by the grace of God she’s alive and will not pass judgment; she states she forgave Ed as well. Alan-Michael shows up for Maureen as well. Feeling like he could lose his life he proposes to Dinah. She says yes; Dinah has Ross and Vanessa for dinner and tells them. Ross is happy she’s happy, but Vanessa feels Alan-Michael is all wrong for her. Dinah lays into her for never supporting her like she does Mindy. Vanessa tells her that’s not true; Dinah tells her it’s because she was a product of an affair Vanessa had while still married to Billy and Vanessa is ashamed of Dinah which is why she gave her up for adoption. Vanessa admits she made mistakes in the past but is here now and happy for Dinah just not with Alan-Michael. Dinah tells Vanessa how Alan-Michael is the first guy to ever see her for whom she is and if Vanessa can’t be happy for her then she’s not invited to the wedding. Dinah bonds with Hope during planning the wedding. Vanessa doesn’t show up at Dinah’s bachelorette party Leah planned; Ross pulls Alan-Michael aside at his bachelor party and threatens him. Alan-Michael makes a joke about letting Ross have Blake. Everyone in town shows up. Ross walks Dinah down the aisle; when she turns to leave Dinah sees Vanessa and Billy are there. At the wedding reception Vanessa tells Dinah she looks beautiful. Vanessa pulls Alan-Michael aside and threatens him not to hurt Dinah. He promises as Dinah and Alan-Michael dance, then Hope and Alan-Michael, then Dinah and Ross. Philip makes a speech as Best Man as Leah does as Maid of Honor.

Frank and Eleni have saved up enough for a house down payment at Oak Grove. Buzz tells them he wants to stay where they are, but Jenna feels they should own a house. Buzz goes over how he grew up on Fifth Street, how he was in Vietnam and couldn’t wait to come home, and how now he wants to stay. Jenna begs if they stay can she redecorate; Buzz relents. Frank and Eleni move into their house at Oak Grove, but without thinking about the added costs of having a home, the repairs, the weatherproofing, but they learn with Coop and Marina’s help. Jenna secretly pays off Frank & Eleni’s home then sells it to them for $1.

Alex and Fletcher reminisce about Nick’s older brother Lujack. Nick feels he’s constantly living in Lujack’s shadow. He bumps into Mindy at Towers, and the two exes exchange barbs. They end up sleeping together; Bill catches Mindy leaving a hotel room then Nick after. Bill confronts Mindy who tells him she still loves Nick. Bill reminds Mindy she fooled around with Nick’s mom’s then-husband Roger, got dragged out of bed by her hair, and Nick has never forgiven her. She tells him she’s unsure why she did that as Roger is a bastard. Mindy calls up Nick and apologizes for the past. He forgives her, and they decide to give their relationship another try. They begin going on dates. Mindy and Alex have a chat about the past and resolve; Alex tells her if she hurts Nick she’ll do more than drag Mindy by her hair.

(Junior Year) Rafe and Jason become roommates after Jason leaves the frat. Daisy & Pilar become their suitemates. Pilar acts wild at school partying and drinking skipping classes. She, Jason, Rafe, and Daisy get access to a credit card Carmen gave her and live the high life for the Spring Break in Atlantic City. They get caught underage drinking, but Carmen rescues them. Carmen goes to Ross & Frank about blackmail she now has on Jason and Daisy about their underage drinking which could ruin their college careers. She tells them both to stop investigating the Santos family or else. Danny snoops and find out Tony told Carmen he wanted to leave the family business then she set him up for a crime that got him jailed. Danny confronts Tony who admits it, but also says he has proof Carmen pays a lot of people. They also find a list of people she’s invested into including Spaulding Enterprises when they almost went bankrupt. They confront Alan who agrees to help them take Carmen down along with Alex, Philip, and Alan-Michael.
